Trademark Property Company is a full-service real estate firm that creates, invests in and operates retail and mixed-use properties. WestBend, a mixed-use retail, dining and office center, is one of Trademark's Fort Worth properties.
PROJECT
After the success of the 2017 Waterside brand awareness campaign, Hutson Creative was hired to continue to run campaigns for both Waterside and WestBend from July-December 2018. Goals included ongoing brand awareness for both developments and the creation of varied content that also engaged local influencers' audiences. Resulting collateral included digital, print, video and out-of-home advertising.
RESPONSIBILITIES
My responsibilities included copywriting, assigning creative, video concepting and script writing, coordinating media placements and managing influencer initiatives, and leading shoots. I also established and managed our planning and budget document.
KEY RESULTS
Digital: Across three outlets, digital ads totaled 3,385,502 impressions and a .16% click through rate
Email: Two promo alert emails totaled 44,301 distributions with a 7.01% open rate, 1.32% click through rate and 18.7% click to open rate
Online: Three sponsored articles resulted in 5,136 page views and 2:52 average reading time
Print: Print ads resulted in 122,372 estimated readership
Out-of-home: Bus benches received an average 281,830 circulation per day in the 18+ demographic
Social: Three influencer posts resulted in 2,046 engagements and 15 Stories resulted in 10,414 views
Event: Event promotions for WestBend's Fall Gallery Night resulted in 51,826 reach and 1,617 engagements
